There are 2 families that require 24 access by Healthcare serices as they are terminally ill -one at end of life stage. nurses doctors and other care workers cannot gain access because of the flood water inhibiting access to the properties. There is a gully outside No31 marked with a yellow cross - for servicing/emptying? This has not been actioned since within the last month. No gully emptying has taken place.
