Not sure how long the problem has existed. To get to the dangerous state it’s in it must be a while

Please, please fix this problem. It is getting difficult to sleep because of the noise it makes. It would only take half an hour tops to put some tarmac around it.

This is so bad now it is waking my daughters when buses hit this drain.

Thank you for putting some tarmac around the damaged area today 2nd Jan but this has not stopped the loose cover rattling. Please please help stop this noise. It means we cannot sleep. It is so loud!

This has finally been repaired thank you. However you will be repairing this within 3months. The repair has left the grate lower than the main rd. so every bus coming in each direction hits the grate. So every car bus and lorry will now drop onto the iron grate and this will fail again. Also the repair around the grate is poor.

PLEASE send a team out to fix the drain cover. It is affecting my mental health. It is making a loud noise every 10 seconds. It’s akin to being tortured. No I’m not joking or being dramatic. I am unable to sleep because of this. I spoke to someone on 14th January who said they were send someone to fix it. If you can’t can you please put a barrier round it to stop it being run over.

This is still not fixed. The repair has been too place two large traffics on the grate. Which cars and buses have now hit.

This is disgusting that this has been left in this condition. The repair was to use 3 traffic cones. Which have now been smashed to bits by the buses. The sand bag which was there has now caused a flood.
The area around the grate is already falling apart.
