Tree roots causing uneven pavement

Reported in the Pavements category anonymously at 11:36, Tue 17 December 2019

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 5 minutes later

Close to the bus stop, just past the Blueberry Pub on the London Road in Blewbury, the pavement that runs alongside the bus stop lay by has been made very uneven as a result of encroaching tree roots. This results in people using walking aids or wheeled mobility devices avoid this part of the payment altogether and use the lay by to get past. This is a hazard as other vehicles also use the bus stop. The pavement is so uneven that at least one mobility scooter has toppled over using this part of the pavement.
