One street light not working

At the bottom of Lansdown Close there is a public foot path to Saltway. This foot path lines up with the new foot path to Parsons Piece (Morris Homes). There is a street light at the bottom of this path, on the right hand side, as you walk towards Saltway. This light isn't working and the shade is missing. It maybe that the trees will have to be trimmed to gain access to the light fitting. It is very dark without this light and the light illuminates the section of path that changes from tarmac to mud. Making walking unsafe.

Ref:00363992 Thank you for your report, OCC are now responding to out of lights within the contracted timescales of attending site within 7 days for repairs. If there is a cable fault this will be passed to the Electricity company to repair and will take longer, it will depend on the resources which the District Service Operator has. Thank you
