Fallen lamp post on bike and bin store.
Reported in the Street lighting category anonymously at 15:25, Mon 16 December 2019
Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 7 minutes later
There has been a Street lamp which has fallen onto the bin/bike store roof at the rear of Phoenix Court in Thame. continued weight of it plus plant growth which is constantly increasing is damaging and will continue to damage the building. In addition its absence on the road is potentially dangerous as the road is not being lit adequately on what is a difficult corner. This is not a duplicate. Please attend and fix this issue as its been on going since August

Sorry to hear of this one, and we must also apologise. We have been assured by our contractors that this was made safe but it quite clearly hasnt. Sorry that this has still been left in this state. I have forwarded through to the team again and have asked for a report back as soon as done.

Many thanks for the report, the lighting column has been removed from the bin store and we certainly appreciate the concern with the lack of light here so apologies for the inconvenience. We are currently waiting fr the allowance of a bridge closure to ensure safety to install. Sorry again for the delay here and that the unit was left in the way it was.
