CONGRATS - nearly two years since first reported - SHARP BEND WARNING CHEVRON SIGN STILL MISSING
Reported in the Road Markings category anonymously at 17:08, Sun 15 December 2019
Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 3 minutes later
On 28th December it will be two years since I first reported sharp bend warning chevron signs missing. I followed up with numerous further reports, including after a vehicle had left the carriage way on the outside of this bend, ending up buried in the undergrowth. I also telephoned about three months ago. (The sign is missing from the outside of the bend, southbound, up the hill in direction from Henley to Greysgreen, just to the right side of the exit to cut through towards Rotherfield Greys. All that remains is a single sign mounting pole, the other pole and chevron sign long gone). Why on earth hasn’t this safety related signage been replaced after two years and numerous reports ????
