Reported before, with email address, cleary being ignored - please can a Senior Manager contact me direct to discuss this before I resort to taking the matter to the Chief Exec and press.

  • Thank you for reporting this issue. I visited the site you pinpointed and subsequently phoned Thames Water to ask them to urgently repair the site around their pair of stop tap covers. I was informed by them that one of their inspectors had visited the site previously, assessed the job, and concluded that the job is Oxfordshire County Council's responsibility. I have, therefore, submitted the job for urgent repair.

  • Thank you for your report. After further investigation it appears the defect was Thames Water's responsibility. They have since repaired it, see photo.
