This Lane is used by many people and is seriously underlit

I drive down this lane often to pick up my daughter from Brookes climbing Wall, because the pavement is muddy and badly delineated, members of the public walk on the road. Because the lighting is minimal it is very hard to see people on the road, also there is a little footpath that crosses over from the Brookes site to South Parks - this is an accident waiting to happen, there is no indication to drivers that students might be crossing at that particular point and students are oblivious to the dangers. I would be happy to show any representative just how dangerous this road is. It's a tiny lane that is actually used by an enormous number of people on foot, bikes and cars. Please sort it before someone gets hurt. I would also not want my daughter to walk down this road once it's dark because it feels unsafe. I do not pick her up by car in the summer
