Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 5 minutes later
Cars parked on pavements both sides, nowhere to pull in when having to give way to oncoming traffic. Premier Foods deliveries either obstructing road whilst being unloaded, or being offloaded at the top of Arkwright Road (which is a dead end) so having to wait whilst forklift driving backwards or pulling out onto the road. Leaving pallets obstructing the pavement. Cars parking right opposite the junction of Arkwright Road (on churchill road). It's an accident waiting to happen and very dangerous.

Photo 1 - where the pallets are stacked is a public walkway entrance which you can not go into as the pallets are completely blocking it. Photo 2 is the forklift offloading so he has driven the forklift from halfway up Arkwright Road on the road. The lorry is parked right in the way of a Fire Assembly point! This is becoming a regular occurrence now. This was at 10.45am but happens at 7.30am also.
