  • Ref: 00363777 Thank you for your report, OCC are now responding to out of lights within the contracted timescales of attending site within 7 days for repairs. If there is a cable fault this will be passed to the Electricity company to repair and will take longer, it will depend on the resources which the District Service Operator has. Thank you

  • Thank you for your report, we have arranged for our contractor to re-attend and ensure the unit is repaired.

  • This light still isn’t fixed and no-one has been to mend it. It is a hazard for the number of people who walk down the pavement who cannot see the slippery leaves. Your report on the 23rd December stated that you were asking your contractor to re-attend. Please can you advise when they first came?

  • Lamppost 8 at the top-left of Victoria Road is still not working, this was reported on 12 Dec 2019!

  • This light is still NOT working and with the recent weather, the leaves are treacherous. Come on and get it fixed before someone has an accident.
