50 mph signs not being adequately maintained

Reported in the Road Traffic Signs and Road Markings category anonymously at 17:39, Wed 11 December 2019

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 2 minutes later

The 50 mph repeater signs between Faringdon and Radcot Bridge have all but disappeared, some are just posts with no sign, others are laying on the grass verge and others have disappeared altogether. No maintenance appears to have been done to these important road safety signs for quite a few years now. Urgent action is now required to rectify this shortfall in maintenance of the highway, and ensure the safety of road users.
