Lorries parking with 2 wheels on the pavement and restricting cycle path

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and South Oxfordshire District Council 4 minutes later

40 ton lorries parking on the path restricting access to an already poorly maintained layby and cycle path. Nettle and weed encroachment into the cycle path. Overhanging shrubbery needs cutting back all along layby. Also, Litter, rats and overnight parking making the layby stink of urine and not very clean. Issue been like it for several months
