The concrete bollard at the rear of Abingdon library and nearest to the subway under Stratton Way has been broken off leaving a potentially dangerous stump and debris. The broken bollard has been rolled into the subway and is potentially hazardous if it is moved into the footway.

I've just seen this myself, the protruding part of the bollard that is left needs to be dealt with urgently as it's a trip hazard (also has a steel reinforcement poking out - nasty).

The bollards has been removed but it's broken stump is still in situ and therefore a hazard.
