Broken bollard

The concrete bollard at the rear of Abingdon library and nearest to the subway under Stratton Way has been broken off leaving a potentially dangerous stump and debris. The broken bollard has been rolled into the subway and is potentially hazardous if it is moved into the footway.

  • I've just seen this myself, the protruding part of the bollard that is left needs to be dealt with urgently as it's a trip hazard (also has a steel reinforcement poking out - nasty).

  • The bollards has been removed but it's broken stump is still in situ and therefore a hazard.
