Outside 116 Woodgreen Avenue, Banbury is streetlight 35 that has failed can Oxfordshire County council streetlight contractors repair in the normal timescale please.

  • Ref:00363603 Thank you for your report, OCC are now responding to out of lights within the contracted timescales of attending site within 7 days for repairs. If there is a cable fault this will be passed to the Electricity company to repair and will take longer, it will depend on the resources which the District Service Operator has. Thank you

  • Please note this streetlight by main bus stop has unfortunately gone over the 7 days response limit can it be repaired ASAP please

  • This is on our system to be repaired, the time frame is 7 working days which gives this a target of 18/12/19.
