Highway storm-water drain is blocked.

Reported in the Drainage category anonymously at 11:47, Fri 6 December 2019

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 3 minutes later

This highway storm-water drain has been blocked for 2 months creating a large puddle at the end of our lane. The puddle is dangerous to traffic on the busy highway (near Kingham railway station) and is an obstacle for pedestrians. The blockage risks storm-water backing up along the drains on our lane and damaging our homes. This blockage, which happens every year, occurs in the drainage pipe crossing the road. It is due to a 'step' in the pipe resulting from displacement and tree roots growing into the pipe which restrict the flow. The blockage presents a real hazard to pedestrians and traffic. Please let me know when action will be taken.
