Thank you for reporting this issue. I visited the site, pinpointed on the map, on 05/12/2019, see photo. The damaged kerb has been submitted as a defect to be repaired. The damaged BT duct is not our responsibility and has been referred to BT Openreach to repair.

Thank you for your report. An Oxfordshire County Council team was sent to the site to repair the kerb but were unable to do the work. They reported back that the BT chamber has collapsed causing the kerb stones to fall into the chamber. BT Openreach have been sent a Section 81 to repair it.
