No signage to indicate who’s right away it is

Reported in the Road Traffic Signs and Road Markings category anonymously at 18:17, Tue 3 December 2019

I want to bring to your attention the stupid system you have running in your county! On sir frank Williams you have built road narrowing devices but have not put who have priority which in turn means no one knows who’s right away it is! How can that be right? How can you narrow a road and tell road users who have priority? Going around the new build I can see there’s a few of these going up I feel that this issue need attention ASAP as there will be a head on sooner rather than later and there is no way of blaming no one as it’s first serve situation which in turn is making the road become a race track because no one wants to stop nowadays! I myself nearly had a head on this morning due to a impatient driver and this isn’t the first time! I feel if you ignore this that means you as a company don’t care for people’s safety and the correct use of road as you claim
