  • Thank you for your report, to enable us to log the fault to the correct unit can you please advise using the attached map the street light number you are referring to. If the unit is not on the map this would not be owned/maintained by Oxfordshire County Council and would need to be reported to the developer/landowner direct. Unfortunately we do not keep records of private lights.

  • All 6 street lights on the stretch of Bostock Road between Conduit Road and Mullard Way are not working - that is, all the lights in the eastern half of Bostock Road are not working!!

  • I phoned the Council yesterday using number on lamp posts and they claimed the lights had been fixed on 10 Dec. However, they have still not worked since beginning of December and so the Council has now logged the problem to be fixed AGAIN!!

  • These street lights, nos 1-6 on the south side of Bostock Road from the junction with Mullard Way to Conduit road are still not fixed and have now been out of action for some three weeks.

  • Problem now fixed. The energy company found a short in the cable running between the lights which blew the fuse. Now fixed.
