Stratton way subway underpass

Cyclists repeatedly ignore the small No Cycling signs and I have had several near misses with cyclists coming down the ramps at either end of the underpass and swinging round the blind corners at the bottom. I am reluctant to remonstrate with them in case they become aggressive. Please could you look into this as a matter of urgency before an accident is caused. You could put much larger and more prominent signs at the tops of the ramps or, better still, install angled gates to prevent cyclists getting through
