Ice on road from flood

Reported in the Ice/Snow category anonymously at 18:35, Monday 2 December 2019

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 5 minutes later

The recent drop in temperature has caused water from the flooded area to form patches of black ice on the road and pavements in the vicinity of the flood. Not helped by the flood being close to blind bends on inclines.... at both ends of the flooded area.
