The hedge 8 St Nicholas Road, Littlemore, Oxford OX4 4PP is growing over the pavement and obstructing it for pedestrians. BEEL Richard <RBeel@oxford.gov.uk> has examined the garden wall at my request and dopes not believe it is dangerous. Could the hedge be cut back please?
