Wet rotting leaves making pavements lethal.

Reported in the Pavements category anonymously at 13:32, Monday 2 December 2019

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 3 minutes later

The pavements to and from Charlton Primary school are extremely dangerous. The area concerned is from The Chestnuts to Palmers The fallen leaves are wet and rotting. This makes the pavements very dangerous. The children are slipping over and the adults are also finding it difficult to keep their footing. Pushing young children in prams and buggies is difficult and the wheels clog up with these rotting leaves. Please could these be cleared as a matter of urgency.
