  • Thank you for your report, to enable us to log the fault to the correct unit can you please advise using the attached map the street light number you are referring to. If the unit is not on the map this would not be owned/maintained by Oxfordshire County Council and would need to be reported to the developer/landowner direct. Unfortunately we do not keep records of private lights.

  • This is not private as you mended it last time it stopped working! the arrow is pointing to the wrong part on the map, The light is directly outside no 16. Damer Gardens

    Thanks

  • Ref:00363396 Thank you for your report, OCC are now responding to out of lights within the contracted timescales of attending site within 7 days for repairs. If there is a cable fault this will be passed to the Electricity company to repair and will take longer, it will depend on the resources which the District Service Operator has. Thank you

    State changed to: Action scheduled

  • Good afternoon,

Unfortunately, we have hit a back log with our current street light reports, this has caused a delay for our contractors to come out for repair. i am sorry for any inconvenience this may have been caused and we are working to come as soon as possible. OCC

  • It is laughable to say that a new bulb will be fitted within 7 days and a month later it still be pitch black. What on earth do we pay the ridiculous amounts of council tax for exactly?. Whilst this is not copied to the council... I will be sending them a letter too!

    Regards
