Thank you for your report. However it seems the pin you have placed is the wrong location, and we can't find the issue. If you can move the pin to the location of the issue and change the status back to 'open' we will investigate. Many thanks.

The lamp is on the central island of Friars Close, Shrivenham. I seem unable to move the pin and have no idea how to change the report to open!

Do you have a lamp number? as there are several there?

No I don’t have a number and there is only one lamp at the pointy end of the central island out side of my house.

Ref:00363411 Thank you for your report, OCC are now responding to out of lights within the contracted timescales of attending site within 7 days for repairs. If there is a cable fault this will be passed to the Electricity company to repair and will take longer, it will depend on the resources which the District Service Operator has. Thank you
