  • Thank you for your report, to enable us to log the fault to the correct unit can you please advise using the attached map the street light number you are referring to. If the unit is not on the map this would not be owned/maintained by Oxfordshire County Council and would need to be reported to the developer/landowner direct. Unfortunately we do not keep records of private lights.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, OCC do maintain these street lights

As for the request for the numbers, are you intending for OCC Highways to provide me with cones and hi-viz as well as stop the traffic so i may read the numbers?

Please just get them fixed promptly without a further formal complaint to OCC over the timeliness to get it done.

I would expect it fixed by Friday 29 November at the latest

  • ALL of the street lights from Sandford Lane to Sugworth Lane on Kennington Road are no longer working

It is pitch black and not safe for bus stop and crossing road for bus combined with roadworks

  • The location is perfectly clear. On the Kennington Road between Sandford Lane and Sugworth Lane, just before the Pebble Hill Bus Stop

Instead of finding petty excuses please just get them fixed

  • Ref:00363181 Thank you for your report, OCC are now responding to out of lights within the contracted timescales of attending site within 7 days for repairs. If there is a cable fault this will be passed to the Electricity company to repair and will take longer, it will depend on the resources which the District Service Operator has. Thank you
