  • Ref: 00363024 Thank you for your report, OCC are now responding to out of lights within the contracted timescales of attending site within 7 days for repairs. If there is a cable fault this will be passed to the Electricity company to repair and will take longer, it will depend on the resources which the District Service Operator has. Thank you

  • Myself and our neighbours have reported this issue many times now and we are sick of reporting it. Its very dangerous for pedestrians and cars walking/driving down the street. The light we are talking about is situated outside Number 2 and 4 Lerwick Croft. This was first reported in November by "fix my street" and also by telephone by myself. My daughter has already fallen off the kerb due to the street being pitch black. We have elderly residents who also walk along this street to and from the shop and salvation army. I urge this light to be fixed ASAP!!!! There is no light number either before you ask for this again!!!

  • Thank you for your report, our contractor visited and closed the report on this light in early December 2019. We have arranged for our contractor to re-attend and ensure the unit is repaired.
