No 13 light has been out for quite a few weeks now. It’s on the edge of the large grassy area

  • Thank you for your report, to enable us to log the fault to the correct unit can you please advise using the attached map the street light number you are referring to. If the unit is not on the map this would not be owned/maintained by Oxfordshire County Council and would need to be reported to the developer/landowner direct. Unfortunately we do not keep records of private lights.

    I am unable to find light number 13 down The Larches, where is it pinpointed on the map.

  • Ref:00363061 Thank you for your report, OCC are now responding to out of lights within the contracted timescales of attending site within 7 days for repairs. If there is a cable fault this will be passed to the Electricity company to repair and will take longer, it will depend on the resources which the District Service Operator has. Thank you

  • Roads are forming pot holes and is not very good for car tyres. I have been to see the residents and they agree it needs doing

  • Thank you for the photos of the potholes, please could you raise a new report for this? If you raise this under the pothole category it will go to the correct team, who will be able to assess and organise any repairs if necessary. As we are the streetlighting team we are not able to help with this.
