These lights are not working :- Cherry Tree Way 8 (next to 22 Cherry tree) Pear Tree Walk 3 and no 6 is ON from lunch time 1 & 2 Marigold Sq;Sorrey Way/Park 4.5,6 & 8. Teasel Way 5 (outside 11 Teasel) 7, 8,17,20,21,24 & 26. There are no illumination to the road signs of the mini roundabout/ cycle path on Teasel either. Walking about theses areas are dark and for children leaving school as the nights draw in is a cause for concern.

Updates

  • Thank you for your report, to enable us to log the fault to the correct unit can you please advise using the attached map the street light number you are referring to. Please can you do individual reports for each streetlight. We also need to know the street light number or the house number that the street light is outside. If you use house number can you please indicator that it is a house number. If the unit is not on the map this would not be owned/maintained by Oxfordshire County Council and would need to be reported to the developer/landowner direct. Unfortunately we do not keep records of private lights.

If there is a cable fault this will be passed to the Electricity company to repair and will take longer, it will depend on the resources which the District Service Operator has. Thank you
