Ref:00362970 Thank you for your report, OCC are now responding to out of lights within the contracted timescales of attending site within 7 days for repairs. If there is a cable fault this will be passed to the Electricity company to repair and will take longer, it will depend on the resources which the District Service Operator has. Thank you

The pedestrian crossing lights are not working at this junction. Our daughter is registered blind and relies on this crossing on her route from Worcester College to the music faculty. Alternative routes are hazardous for her. The temporary pedestrian lights on Worcester Street are no help to her. When will the pedestrian lights on the junction at Worcester Street and George Street be working again?
