This lamp, (no number shown) is failing most days now and I believe should have priority status for repair as it provides essential illumination for the adjacent CCTV camera. Thank you.

  • Ref:00362957 Thank you for your report, OCC are now responding to out of lights within the contracted timescales of attending site within 7 days for repairs. If there is a cable fault this will be passed to the Electricity company to repair and will take longer, it will depend on the resources which the District Service Operator has. Thank you

  • This light still totally fails after being on for an hour or so. The fault has obviously not yet been fixed

  • Hello Despite reporting that this street light is not working several times, it is still not working. I confirm again, it is the light in Puck Lane Witney adjacent to 31 Gloucester Place and about 5 metres away from the Thames Valley Police CCTV camera mast.
