The underpass has flooded and filled completely with stagnant water which is an environmental health hazard. Not only is it a health hazard but it is also a danger to life as someone, especially a child could easily drown in there.

Due to it flooding adults and children are now having to cross a busy road, causing many near misses. It is only a matter of time before there is a serious accident involving a child and car.
