Over grown grass & mud The pathway is over grown grass and weeds, mud build up making the path narrow next to crash barrier, this is not wide enough for a pushchair. A4130 up over bridge west bound, by South Meads Estate, Didcot This problem has still not been addresses !!!!! Less than 50% of the path can be walked on..... Are you aware of your Responsibility for health and safety to the Public ?????
