Bollard goes on and off. Sometimes stays off for several mins in a row.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, unfortunately the unit(s) you are referring to are not owned, maintained or adopted by Oxfordshire County Council, these are private lights that would be the responsibility of the developer/landowner whom you would need to contact direct.
Unfortunately we do not keep records of private units. Please accept our apologies as we cannot assist any further on this occasion.

The bollards are without-doubt owned by OCC. I've reported faults with these bollards for years. OCC has always repaired them. No on has ever suggested that they are not owned by OCC. Re-check and confirm action scheduled. (The bollard is the one on the "wantage" side of the roundabout as opposed to the "faringdon" side. This is Faringdon Road (A417).

Ref:00362546 Thank you for your report, OCC are now responding to out of lights within the contracted timescales of attending site within 7 days for repairs. If there is a cable fault this will be passed to the Electricity company to repair and will take longer, it will depend on the resources which the District Service Operator has. Thank you
