Barbed wire next to pavement. Very dangerous.
Reported anonymously at 09:18, Tue 19 November 2019
Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and South Oxfordshire District Council 3 minutes later
The remains of a fence and rusty barbed wire are sticking up next to dog waste bin and yellow brick road at Ladygrove Park. This is at the tennis court end and an area that is much passed by children on the way to school , dog walkers and other members of the public. I believe this was exposed after vegetation was removed from the area. Extremely hazardous.

Thank you for your report. The barbed wire and old fence is not on the maintained Highway so is not the responsibility of Oxfordshire County Council. Apparently the land is maintained by Didcot Town Council and I have made their Parks dept aware. This report is now closed.
