This report has been closed. However the issue has been passed to the relevant team for consideration for future programmed works. If you are concerned that your property has been damaged due to carriageway water, you will need to show evidence ie structural survey, that the damage has been caused by the water. Obviously there is a ponding issue here which can be looked at in terms of possibly installing a gully, but unfortunately this won’t happen overnight and will need to be investigated and programmed in. We can supply sand bags as a temporary solution during heavy rain fall, please contact 0345 310 11 11 to request these. Regards
