Sticking a sign there saying "flood" does not really solve anything - the situation is exactly the same it needs pumping out or clearing

Starting to rain again and more forecast for the weekend and still nothing done other than erecting two signs! - please confirm what is going on??

As bad as ever - 1 month on and still no action has been taken. Houses now pumping themselves out onto the high st to prevent flooding!!!
