Lane markings faded

On the approach to pear tree roundabout on the A44 from Oxford the lane markings have faded a lot. In the dark or wet weather particularly it is hard to make them out. On several occasions recently cars have created a 4th lane where there is a hatched area and almost caused collisions.

  • Thank you for your report. The budget for the installation and refurbishment of road markings in South Oxfordshire has now been fully allocated for this financial year. This site has therefore been added to the list of sites for road marking refurbishment during the 2020/2021 financial year.
