  • Thank you for your report and apologies for delay in response. If there is a white line (Access Protection Marker) then this can be reported to Thames Valley Police, it should also be noted that vehicles parking in a dangerous position and that are blocking your access are committing an offence under Section 22 of the Road Traffic Act 1998 which also should also be reported to Thames Valley Police

    However, if this is not the case and you are requesting to have a white line installed then please go on the Oxfordshire County Council website and search for 'Access Protection Markings'
