Big pothole caused by workforce in road

On our way to work this morning my partner went over a pot hole caused by the workers. and has burst his Tyre. I believe the pot hole has now been filled but this has happened after three cars have all burst their tyre. This is on the a4095 by the bridge just before you come out of long hanborough. We couldn't take a photo of the pot hole because of the volume of traffic and its now been filled in.
