There is construction of a footpath going on opposite the new estate. The condition of this road has been terrible for months since this estate has been built. Multiple holes have been made in the road for utility works and are never filled in properly or to a safe standard. I hit a crater like pot hole this morning, which hasn’t been identified (I don’t know how) which has caused damage to my alloy wheel and popped my tyre instantly! This resulted me in missing my train to London and an important conference that I was meant to be attending. It is unacceptable that the roads are left in this condition, you cannot avoid it without swerving onto the other side of the road and given how busy this road is this would be impossible. There are no warnings of this road condition given, when there should be a ramp in place considering how big it is.
