3 lamp posts out consecutively
Reported in the Street lighting category anonymously at 18:24, Thursday 14 November 2019
Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 1 minute later
Streetlights have been out most of this week, leaves the entire corner of the road in total darkness
Thank you for your report, to enable us to log the fault to the correct unit can you please advise using the attached map the street light number you are referring to. If the unit is not on the map this would not be owned/maintained by Oxfordshire County Council and would need to be reported to the developer/landowner direct. Unfortunately we do not keep records of private lights.

The street lights in the corner of Cotswold Crescent still have not been repaired

Thank you for your update, however, to pin point the correct faulty lights, it would help if we could get the numbers of the light which are located on a sticker on the pole. Then we can get this reported as soon as.

How are we supposed to do that?? It’s the entire corner.. it’s obvious which ones

There are numbers located on the streetlights themselves, it would really help for us to locate the correct lights so we don't report the unfaulty lights, as its a long street with a lot of lights.

One of them is outside number 38, pic attached, next one is back up the road next one along and then the one opposite in between the two.

Ref:00363212 Thank you for your report, OCC are now responding to out of lights within the contracted timescales of attending site within 7 days for repairs. If there is a cable fault this will be passed to the Electricity company to repair and will take longer, it will depend on the resources which the District Service Operator has. Thank you
