Drain cover outside 47 Greenwood Avenue before the one way street. OX39 4HW.

During the resurfacing of Glynswood and Greenwood Avenue in September a man hole cover was tarmaced over, I explained this to the contractors. They said they would "sort it" and white line sprayed a circle with cross inside to identify the location and have not been back since to expose the man hole cover. We have experienced severe rain water build up in this part of the road as it slopes into this area.
