Lampost fallen over and left to rest on verge, now slipping down into roadway

A lamppost has been (presumably) knocked over for months, and has been left to rest on the central reservation. After the heavy rain, it appears to be slipping down the narrow (less than 1m wide) bank, and the 'head' of the lamp and associated wires are now encroaching on the roadway, hanging over the kerb. A wider vehicle could 'clip' this and cause a serious accident.

Ref: Thank you for your report, we have attended site and found that specialist equipment is required to fix the issue due to the units location, we will attend to this as soon as resources allow.
