There were roadworks relating to a new building in the grounds of St Edwards School last week. The hole was filled but almost immediately it began to crumble away. Now a large deep hole is developing . It is dangerous to car users and especially to cyclists.

This particular hole is getting worse (particularly since the heavy rain on Saturday 9 November 2019), and in the dark mornings / dark evenings now is almost impossible to see. Either a car, or even a bicycle is going to suffer serious damage if it is not repaired very quickly, or at least highlighted in some way immediately. With more heavy rain forecast for the area on Thursday of this week, I imagine the hole will only get worse.
