Street lights numbers 1, 3 and 4 not working

St John's Road where number 7-13 lead into the alley alongside St John's Church are not working at all.

  • Ref: 00361819 00361871 00361818 Thank you for your report, OCC are now responding to out of lights within the contracted timescales of attending site within 7 days for repairs. If there is a cable fault this will be passed to the Electricity company to repair and will take longer, it will depend on the resources which the District Service Operator has. Thank you

  • Hello, this is a secluded pedestrian walkway which is now almost completely unlit. Please can repair of these lights be prioritised? Thank you.
