Street lights numbers 1, 3 and 4 not working

St John's Road where number 7-13 lead into the alley alongside St John's Church are not working at all.
Ref: 00361819 00361871 00361818 Thank you for your report, OCC are now responding to out of lights within the contracted timescales of attending site within 7 days for repairs. If there is a cable fault this will be passed to the Electricity company to repair and will take longer, it will depend on the resources which the District Service Operator has. Thank you

Hello, this is a secluded pedestrian walkway which is now almost completely unlit. Please can repair of these lights be prioritised? Thank you.
