  • Ref: 00361753 Thank you for your report, OCC are now responding to out of lights within the contracted timescales of attending site within 7 days for repairs. If there is a cable fault this will be passed to the Electricity company to repair and will take longer, it will depend on the resources which the District Service Operator has. Thank you

  • A month further on and during the darkest month of the year this carpark remains mainly in the dark.

    Unfortunately, we are experiencing a backlog with our street light reports, this is causing a delay for the contractors to come out. I apologise for the inconvenience this is causing. OCC

  • We are now 2 months further on and still nothing has been done. Perhaps something will be done during the new decade?

  • Within 7 days now turns into over 3 months. It is now 12th January 2020 and the main part of the carpark remains in darkness. New decade but still no new light!
