Tree overgrown damaging phone line

Reported in the Trees category anonymously at 13:57, Sunday

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 4 minutes later

The phone line to my house is intersected by this tree. The line is visibly tight and stretching.

A bT engineer says it is the cause of our terrible internet service.
