Large mound, approximately 10ft high blocking the highway, access to a fire hydrant, gated access required by Thames Water, telecoms and gas suppliers. This has been ongoing for approximately three months

Exccess soil waste and pipework dumped by sub-contractor when connecting gas main to new housing development on Noseworthy Way. Due to the inclement weather the pile is shedding chalk slurry onto Old Reading Road, creating slippery surface which has the potential to cause a road accident. Crowmarsh School is situated in Old Reading Road
