This part of the road is continually being repaired as water does not drain away due to to the run offs being blocked over time both at this position and further up the hill. Land either side of the road (A and B) where the water lies is lower than the road. It seems a waste of money to keep repairing the road whilst not addressing the cause of the problem

  • It would be appreciated if this hole could be filled in while the problem is being investigated. It is huge and getting deeper. It could do a lot of damage to a car, for those who dont know it's there.... thank you.

  • This hole was reported 3 months ago. It is now I would guess 4-6 inches deep and I have just passed someone who went over it and blew their tyre. It needs to be filled urgently please. There also seems to be a hole under the puddle which is getting worse. Please would this be made a priority for repair. Thank you.

  • I have also passed this driver who has in fact damaged his wheel. Because the water is not running into drains the pothole can not be seen in the rain and the road is also breaking up on the other side. Not only was this reported 3 months ago this problem has persisted for a long time and clearly earlier repairs were not good enough.
