Ref:00361777 Thank you for your report, OCC are now responding to out of lights within the contracted timescales of attending site within 7 days for repairs.
There was a fault with the electrical supply earlier this year which appears to have been fixed in March. If there is a cable fault this will be passed to the Electricity company to repair and will take longer, it will depend on the resources which the District Service Operator has. Thank you

These lights are still not working and make this walk very unsafe, especially with pushchair and small children. Nothing has been done to resolve in over a year.

Good afternoon,
Due to the fault being caused by a cable fault, it has delayed the contractors to come out. I will forward this on to see if we can chase it and come out as soon as possible.
Thank you

Lights still NOT working. My son even slipped over under the bridge a couple of weeks ago as we didn’t see a slippy patch when going for a late afternoon walk around dusk. Perfectly avoidable had the street lights been working!

Some of the lights have been fixed now! Thank you. But the light under the bridge is still not working from what I have observed. It have been off when other lights have been on. I don’t know if it is on a timer instead of sensor due to its location.
